Returns Policy

At Persona, our top priority is your satisfaction. We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a defective item. If you receive a defective product, please promptly contact us at info@wearpersona.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the defective item, we will carefully assess it. After that, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement due to the defect.

If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will do everything we can to make things right.

Shipping Policy

Please note that after the delivery process is completed, we do not cover the charges for shipping and handling when you return an item. It is your responsibility to prepay and insure all shipping charges when returning an item. We also recommend that you take necessary measures to ensure that the item is not lost or damaged during shipment since you assume responsibility for any such loss or damage. Please be aware that any shipping fees for returns and handling charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of these terms.
